Hello, and welcome.
My name is Vidar Skog, and I am an outdoor, travel and lifestyle photography enthusiast with a deep connection to the north of Norway. Growing up surrounded by dramatic mountain ranges, serene forests, crystal-clear fjords and raw coastal landscapes has shaped both my eye and my approach to photography. The nature in this region is extraordinary — a constant source of inspiration and a reminder of how powerful, quiet and beautiful the outdoors can be.
Photography, for me, is about exploration. I’m always seeking new places, new light and new moments to capture. Whether I’m hiking deep into the wilderness, wandering along the coastline or simply observing everyday scenes in a city, I aim to document the authentic atmosphere of each moment — the feeling of being there.
Although I am currently based in Germany, my passion for discovering new environments continues to grow. I look forward to exploring unfamiliar landscapes, refining my craft, and sharing meaningful visual stories along the way.
